- A few bottles of shampoo/soap
- Toilet Paper
- Paper Towels
- Advil
- Loaf bread
- Sandwich supplies
- Snacks (granola bars, fruit, chips)
- Canned soda/waters
- A sturdy, mid-sized wheeled cooler

A gift of appreciated securities is a smart way to leverage your impact for Reality Ministries: you can avoid paying capital gains tax on the increase in value of your stock held longer than 12 months; and you get a deduction for the full fair market value of your stock.
